MASTO is a melodic underground rap artist out of South Minneapolis, Dutch on one side and Cameroonian on the other. Self-produced and self-directed. He writes, records, mixes, and films everything himself: late-night, romantic, lyric-forward.
“CLOSER” crossed 300,000 streams with no machine behind it. The FOREVER EP followed in June, “HABITS” in August, and “FORGIVE N FORGET” with vax on September 12. September was New York: studio time downtown, and Fashion Week with GLU. Athletics.
